It must be a complete honor for Hendry to see his pet project listed on the Chicago Tribune front page TWICE this morning - once for being called a "baby" by fans and another for being told that cutting (and wasting) the $21 million left on his contract would be the only solution that could make any sense.
So, let me reiterate. Wasting $21 million is smarter than the decisions being made by our general manager. The very same general manager that is considered to have one of the stronger contracts in baseball. A contract, friends, that lasts until 2012.
